Fee Assessment Schedule

The Board of Directors for the Canyon Ranch Property Owners Association is responsible for setting any assessments and fees.

Amenities

The Canyon Ranch subdivision provides:

  • Community space for your gatherings, and

  • Neighborhood pond and picnic area.

Additionally, residents enjoy the quiet, country feel of the subdivision while also being close enough to Huntsville to easily get to the city attractions and amenities.

2023 Fee Schedule

  • Class A Membership (Property/Lot Owner), $150 per lot

  • Class B Membership (Developer [Declarant]), N/A

  • Class C Membership (Other), $100

  • Transfer Fee, $200

  • New Home Construction Deposit, $500 (refundable upon approval of Architectural Committee)

  • Home Project Deposit, $250 (refundable upon approval of Architectural Committee)
