The Board of Directors of the Canyon Ranch Property Owners Association may establish committees to assist in the governance of Canyon Ranch.

Architecture Committee

Committee Charge

The Canyon Ranch POA Board of Directors has established the Architecture committee, and issued the following committee charge:

• Establish and maintain architectural guidelines
• Establish and maintain an architectural review process
• Facilitate architectural review of proposed additions, changes, removals of any architectural components to property within the Canyon Ranch POA.

Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&R) Committee

Committee Charge

Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions, commonly called CC&Rs, are a set of rules established by a developer or homeowners association that govern residences in a particular neighborhood. The CC&Rs are also commonly referred to as Deed Restrictions.

The Canyon Ranch POA Board of Directors has established the CC&R committee, and issued the following committee charge:

• Review the CC&R document and any supporting documents
• Review proposed amendments to the CC&R and any supporting documents
• Make recommendations to the Board of Directors regarding changes to the CC&R document and any supporting documents

Welcome and Decorating Committee

Committee Charge

The Canyon Ranch POA Board of Directors has established the Welcome and Decorating committee, and issued the following committee charge:

• Establish and maintain materials to be provided to new members of Canyon Ranch
• Contact new members of Canyon Ranch to share introductory information about Canyon Ranch and the Huntsville area.
